Robert Leonard - Head PGA Professional

Rob Leonard is our Head Professional and was a member at Harpenden Common as an amateur. His carrer highlights were winning the Hertfordshire County Championship, The Roseberry Cup and South of England Championship, having a handicap of plus 3. Since turning Professional in 2007 he has enjoyed some notable achievements including multiple ProAm victories, two East Region Order of Merit wins and two Hertfords.

Louis Hindle

Louis joined the Harpenden Common Golf Club shop team in 2018, having already made his mark as Junior Captain in 2016. He spent two years at the Lee Westwood Golf School, where he honed his skills on and off the course — including an impressive 6-under-par round at Stoke by Nayland. Since joining the shop team, Louis has built extensive knowledge of golf equipment and custom fitting. Dean Hodges - Custom Fit Specialist

Dean Hodges – Custom Fit Specialist Known to everyone as Deano, our Custom Fit Specialist at the Tour Shed brings several years of experience in the world of custom fitting. A proud member of Harpenden Common Golf Club since 2011, Deano is also a regular competitor for the HCGC Scratch Team. A passionate Ipswich Town supporter, he’s always happy to chat football as well as golf when you see him around the club. Alex Crawford - Head PGA Coach

Alex offers lessons to people of all ability levels and ages and always wants to make sure they improve to the best of their ability while under his coaching. Alex has a huge passion for coaching and really enjoys engaging with his clients as they improve their golf, and he’s always looking for ways to further improve his coaching skills. With the use of the GCQuad in The Tour Shed and the use of his Trackman for outdoor lessons he has an outstanding knowledge of the swing and how you can optimise your swing using rhe latest technology. Alex Crawford is the Director of the Tour Shed Academy which is a growing junior section designed to help Juniors get into golf, along with helping those who have already played improve their golf to the next level! Alex runs Junior academy coaching courses throughout the year during term time and during the holiday season.
