Junior academy back into the swing of things. Last week was our first session back with our very successful junior academy, it was great to see the juniors out there battling against the horrible rain.
We are hoping to bring more and more juniors into the academy this year.

Last week saw peter and I take part in the first captain pro match for this year. It was against last year's winners Ben Armstrong and Alan Craig, unfortunately the weather didn't hold up. But that didn't stop the Phil Mickelson of Harpenden Common Ben Armstrong from showing us a chipping master class. The match finished all square which is a good result to start with.
Putter Demos
For the next two weeks PING have given us their demo putters and glide wedges. This is a great opportunity to try out putters and wedges as they are some of the most used clubs in the bag book your fitting appointment by clicking here.
SALE Day
Thanks to all of those who came to our sale day last Friday it was great to see the usual familiar faces. Also thanks to all of the members who took advantage of our lucky dip competition. June Houston won a FREE lesson with myself and Craig Delves who won two FREE coffees. We hope to do more days like this in the future.
