Josh- To hit the ball further you need to swing the club faster. A good way to increase your swing speed is to swing a light club. You can practice this by making your own club really light by holding it the other way round (near the head). It's a good way to get warmed up before your game too.
Harry- golf nutrition. Make sure you stay hydrated even in the winter you need to drink at least a litre of water during ever game. That's two normal size bottles. Quote Harry's tip to receive 'buy on get one free' on bottles of water from the shop. (Expires 5th March)
