Captain Pro

This week’s Captain Pro match was against past winners of the Jack Mullinder Trophy, Noel Johnson and Matt McGratton.

We had a really enjoyable match with a lot of birdies from both teams.

However, Kevin and I cliched the win and we are looking forward to the next match.

Vice Captain's Trip

It’s great to see Vice Captain Laurence Weir sending us a picture from their golf trip to Alberta in Canada. This is an amazing photo and apparently it is an amazing golf course. In this picture we have Keith Howard, Laurence Weir, Colin Young and Bruce.

GC Quad Evening

As you may know by know, we have a brand new piece of kit within the coaching and custom fitting team, the GC Quad Launch Monitor.

With this being the most advanced and recent Launch monitor on the market, we thought it would be a great idea to run a FREE evening seminar at the club where we explain everything about it and how it will benefit you!

This evening will be Friday 28th July and will included a rafle and prizes!

It will run from 6:30pm - 8:30pm and everyone is welcome, no need to be a member to attend!

Junior Winter KO

The final of the Junior Winter Knock Out competition was played last week and the winners were Jake Whitby and Ronnie Andrews.

FREE Junior Open Day!

On the 16th of July at 2.30pm Harpenden Common will be offering an Open Junior Day with the aim to get more juniors enjoying golf and keeping them active.

There will be professional support by Rob and the rest of the coaching team as well as a 4 hole short course, which is perfect to give juniors a true insight of golf. All equipment will be provided.
