Course Improvements

What a busy week improving at Harpenden Common this week. We have the Car Park being relayed. This will create approximately 20 more spaces in the car park. The car park will re-open Saturday morning so we do apologies for the inconvenience. We also have almost completed the rebuild of the 9th Tee. This will be back in play very soon as there will be a artificial grass strip at the back of the tee.

   

 

Special Olympics

The SOSA (Special Olympics St Albans) we back at Harpenden Common this week with a great session on full swing. The participants are working towards the national finals in Sheffield later this year where SOSA will be entering a team to compete in the skills challenge, par 3 contest and 18 hole stableford competition. I will keep you updated with their progress.

Bookable Comp

Saturday 6th May is the next bookable competition so that means this Saturday 27th the booking opens at 7am. It is always busy so please be aware you can book online or on the PSI in the changing rooms. If all else fails you can call us in the shop.

New Rentals

We have just taken delivery of 6 new rental trolleys. As you may know we have a popular trolley lease. How this works is that you pay a yearly fee of £130 to hire the trolley as many times as you like through the year. This lease is for you only and cannot be taken to other golf clubs. However, all trolleys are equipped with an umbrella holder and are in good working order. If you are interested on the lease please click here to reserve your trolley.

This will save you from hiring clubs or thinking of buying a new travel cover. Prices are from £15 per week and we have four available to hire.
