Club Championships 

This year's Club Championship were played last Saturday with the weather as hot as the golf! The course was in excellent condition to be honest it is the best I have ever seen it. Tony Wilkins won the day with a fantastic score of 68 in the morning followed by 76. Tony's winning speech is here. 2nd in the gross was Ashley burgess and third was our very own great golfer/bar steward Ian Farrent! Alan Craig won the net with nett 70 + 68 here he is collecting his prize from President Ray St George.

   

 

Summer Camps 

The juniors at Harpenden Common Golf Club have had some great fun in our junior summer camps. The 
day consists of putting chipping full swing, on the course including all sorts if fun games. We only have a few days left until the junior academy starts back in the first week of September. If you are interested in participating in the junior academy we are recruiting new budding Rory Mcilroy's and Michelle Wi's so sign up here to receive your first session FREE of charge. 

No experience needed we also provided equipment. The camp is aged at ages 3-13.

 

Trivia Winner

Captain Pro Match

This week's captain pro match was against Mark Smith and Bill Orford. 

It was an extremely close match however the captain and I clinched victory on our signature 18th hole winning the match. 

We are now back on our winning streak!
